Amazing local experience in Hoi An

Vietnam is amazing foodie destination! A cooking lesson is a popular activity and it is good introduction to the local food culture as well as a fun and delicious experience. My cooking class in Hoi, An, Vietnam started on the local market with my chef. The menu of the day was based on what season it is. Going trough the local market the chef points out the different kind of herbs, fruits and vegatelbels used in a Vietnamese kitchen. They love explaining about their food culture and answer any questions I had about the culture and food. After the morning market we went back to the restaurant where a table was prepared for me for my lesson.
