In the morning after breakfast. The porters is packing everything so fast and some how running to the next camp to make it ready. They are just so unbelievable. All of them are in such a good mood! Their energy made me so happy! 🙂

Today was a hard and long day. Not as steep as yesterday. The climb is often experienced as more strenuous. After all, we had to climb up to over 4500 m and our bodies noticed the the lack of oxygen!

Today i started to get attitude sickness. Not surprising because we have been quite high, but by climbing high and sleeping low you are giving your body the best chances to adapt. Then my camera was frozen from the night, so no pictures from me, this day. I was tired and had no idea what I was doing on the mountain!! But I did’t give up. I ended up being the first to sign in the new camp. When I got to the camp I got 3 hours nap waiting for everybody else, I wake up with the same headache.
The first day on the mountain I meet the most awesome couple around 60 – they invited me and my new hiking buddy to join them for vodka shots. That is the way to kill attitude sickness – or not?? Well I slept very good that night! 🙂

Felling strong after a hard day!
.…and day 3 ended with our lovely worm drinks!
